What is an M365 tenant?
An M365 tenant is a dedicated Azure Active Directory instance for your organisation. Most businesses have one, but MSPs and consultancies manage multiple — one per client.
What does "connect a tenant" involve?
You authorise IntuneSentry via Microsoft OAuth. We connect to Intune policies via Microsoft Graph API to monitor, compare against baselines, and optionally deploy configurations. No passwords are stored — only OAuth tokens.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card required to start.
Can IntuneSentry deploy policies to my tenants?
Yes. You can deploy baseline configurations to any connected tenant. Choose to assign policies to all users, all devices, or specific Entra ID groups. A dry-run mode lets you preview changes before pushing them.
What baselines can I import?
You can import from any GitHub repository containing Intune policy JSON files (like OpenIntuneBaseline), from an existing tenant's live policies, or create baselines manually with raw JSON.
What happens if I disconnect a tenant?
The tenant stops being scanned immediately. It is removed from your billing count at the start of your next billing period.
Is there an annual billing option?
Not currently. We bill monthly. Annual billing with a discount is planned — contact us if you'd like early access.
